Nilfisk recalls selected vacuum cleaners
Due to a potential safety issue, Nilfisk is recalling selected 25.2 volt Handy 2-in-1 and 25.2 volt Handy vacuum cleaners.
The affected variants have a defective charge control unit and a defective battery pack. Under certain circumstances this can lead the product to overheat and catch fire.
All consumers who have purchased a 25.2 volt Handy 2-in-1 or 25.2 volt Handy after August 2017 are asked to check the serial number of their machine.

How to return your product
If you own a 25.2 volt Handy 2-in-1 or 25.2 volt Handy with one of the serial numbers involved in this recall, you should:
- Stop using the machine and unplug the charger
- Bring the machine to the store, where it was purchased
- A new Handy 2-in-1 // Handy will be offered to you
